Saša Bundalo, LL.M., was born in 1990 in Banja Luka. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Banja Luka in 2012, then gained his first practical experience during an internship at the Tax Administration of the Republic of Srpska.
He spent ten years at two leading banks working on banking law, judicial debt collection and regulatory compliance. That experience taught him to look at legal questions from the perspective of day-to-day operations, risk management and applying regulations inside complex organisations.
In 2019 he completed postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade, defending the thesis 'The Bank in the Role of an Insurance Agent' and earning the title of Master of Laws in business law.
He founded the practice in 2024 after admission to the Bar Association of the Republic of Srpska, focusing it on areas where legal knowledge has to connect with an understanding of business processes, how institutions work, and what the client actually needs.
