Our law office was founded by Saša Bundalo, a Master of Laws with nearly a decade of experience primarily in the field of banking law.

He was born in 1990 in Banja Luka, where he graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Banja Luka in 2012, after which he gained practical experience by completing an internship at the Tax Administration of the Republic of Srpska.

Upon completing his internship, he directed his professional path towards the banking sector, where he spent nine years working in prominent positions at two leading banks. His roles included duties as the leading specialist in banking law, a senior associate for judicial debt collection, and the head of the Compliance, where he demonstrated exceptional abilities in solving complex legal challenges.

In the meantime, his passion for law led him to further academic advancement at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, where he completed his postgraduate studies in 2019. Through his research titled 'The Bank in the Role of an Insurance Agent', he earned the title of Master of Laws in the field of business law, further affirming his expertise and dedication to legal science.

In February 2024, by being admitted to the Bar Association of the Republic of Srpska, he achieves his long-standing goal of establishing his own law office. Through his practice, he continues his commitment to providing top-notch legal services, guided by the principles of knowledge, loyalty, and quality, a drive towards innovation, and an unwavering dedication to the interests of his clients.
